Welcome to the Mishawaka Building Department. The department has the responsibility of issuing and tracking all building permits, including electric permits, plumbing permits, HVAC permits, and other miscellaneous permits. In addition, we inspect all new construction projects that are being built within the City. All Adult Care Homes are inspected yearly by our department.
