Clerk Block read the following proposed ordinance and opened the public hearing;

President Gleissner announced the new 105 ft fire truck was outside city hall for the public to look at after tonight’s meeting.

Mr. Banicki thanked everyone for attending the Humane Society meeting.  He said issues were addressed and the boards were put up by the end of the week.

Neighborhood Meeting;

Woody Emmons,1^st District Thursday, 7-28^th at 7:00pm St. Bavo’s Mishawaka Swat Team is the speaker

Ross Deal thanked the Police Department for catching the graffiti violators in the Milburn Area.  They were adults and involved in 7 other different cases.

A resident of Kline St in Mishawaka thanked the administration for the great fireworks on Saturday, July 2^nd.  He said in his 77 years they were the best.
